Letter of Undertaking -

Customers are requested to provide a Letter of Undertaking or authorization for proof of their ownership or rights of distribution for each title before orders are confirmed for replication. Employees are also required to sign a Letter of Undertaking to confirm their acknowledgement of copy right issues.

Access Control -

Important property of customers including master discs, stampers, films and other related documents are kept under strict control. Access to different areas of operations are granted only as needed and surveillance camera systems are in place for 24x7 security control.

Outgoing Personnel -

In any circumstances, employees leaving the factory premises are subject to checking by security guards.

Scrap Handling -

All scrap discs are put inside a specially desgined bin for temporary storing and padlocked. After cummulation to certain quantity, these will be grinded into small pallets and under monitoring of surveillance camera.
